Issue #23366: Deliverer glow sights are excessively bright-glowing

 
The glow sights for the Deliverer are so excessively bright-glowing that they occlude the sight picture with their bloom aura, defeating their purpose of better sighting in low-light.

Dialing down their emissive multiples significantly makes the sight picture clearer.
