From what I've been able to gather, these errors (specifically the one in Issue #23748) seem to have to do with the weapons that are automatically equipped on the player such as the security baton and 10mm pistol that are auto-equipped on the player during MQ102. For whatever reason, if you put the weapons into a container and then take them out (even well after completing MQ102), the game will still auto-equip them (and a message in the UI will still indicate this). The minigun you grab from the vertibird during Min00 appears to be another example.
