Issue #23426: Placement issues in Skaal Village/Solstheim
- Fire place floating slightly and showing gaps 0401AA3D

Can add:
- Misplaced/floating wood clipping with house 04019843
- Floating plant 04031a27
- Also the Bush potato is a bit floating, forming a gap 04019c93.

X Pretty sure that the fireplace is already as good as it's going to get. We fixed it as best as we could in a previous update. The ground is uneven and there's no way to make it perfect as far as I can tell.
X Not sure if there's any good way to cover up the gap underneath Deor's House without it looking odd. I tried several things with no luck.
-- Lowered fish rack slightly (0401AA60).
X The cooking spit is placed in a bad spot with uneven ground and I'm not sure how to fix it without moving it.
X Those things at the forge are going to have to be left alone. I already tried fixing them and it's basically impossible given that they're all one object (minus the grinding stone which is also already placed as well as it can be).
-- 0501EE93: Snow drift added to cover gap underneath stone wall attached to a totem arch (04019822).
-- Adjusted clipping wood piles (04019842, 04019843, 04019844, 0401AA66, 0401AA67).
-- Lowered floating shrub (04031A27).
-- Adjusted floating potato plant (04019C93).
