Issue #23439: P.Armor depleting a Fusion Core makes Fusion Cores undetectable for Gatling Laser

Whenever you deplete a Fusion Core, whether it be by running out OR by ejecting the Core via the Nuclear Physicist perk, the Gatling Laser is unable to detect Fusion Cores in your inventory until you unequip and re-equip the weapon. This is an incredibly irritating bug if you're playing as a Brotherhood focused character because these two pieces of gear are pretty much your bread and butter and will be used constantly.
