Issue #23456: Hroggar and Lami fix from Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch not present for Laid to Rest quest in SSE

 
The regular Skyrim Legendary Patch fixed it so if Alva was killed while Hostile, Lami and Hroggar's relationship to the player would reset to 0 instead of -2.

Unfortunately, I tested that in Special Edition, quest ended with both at -2 friendship with me, even though Alva was killed after going hostile in her house.

According to the USSEP patch notes, it says that was fixed, but I could not find the fix when I examined the Special Edition version patch in the Creation Kit, values for those settings appeared unchanged, and I had no mods that conflicted with those quest changes active when Laid to Rest was done.

The fix is in the USSEP code just as it was in USLEEP (see below).
