Issue #23503: Acquiring the Repair Bobblehead after Nuclear Physicist Rank 2 does not give the 10% bonus to FCores

On my new run I had completely avoided Corvega until I was a few levels higher and had Nuclear Physicist Rank 2. The Repair Bobblehead did not increase the ammo from 750 to 825 (Unofficial Patch Change), I decided to wait and see if ranking up to Rank 3 would make the change but to no success, my ammo count is maxed out at 999 instead of 1100 as in the Unofficial Patch Change.

Only mods in use are Extended Dialogue Interface and the Unofficial Patch.

Images linked below and a video demonstration showing I'm at 999 and not 1100.

I believe this is related to my older issue here, where I also propose a fix:

Issue #22528

Try giving the .esp I attached in the comments a go and let me know if that helps.

Tested your fix and it's completely solved the problem, my Gatling Laser which is the only real in-game way of testing the perk mathematically now has 1100 shots.
