There is a floating Pompadour Wig (REF ID: 0018BB91) inside of Hubris Comics (Cell: HubrisComics01). Screenshot attached.

The placement is a bit too high, but it also appears to have a collision issue which causes it to float. Not sure if that's something that can be addressed or not.
