Issue #23648: Can See Through Portion of Floor in Vault 95 Residental Section

 
Although not apparent from all viewing angles, you can see through part of one of the floors (REF ID: 00093D73) inside the residential section of Vault 95 (Cell: Vault95) and out into empty space. Screenshot attached.

07033E97, 07033E98: Placed two dirt mounds below the surface of the floor so that you won't be able to see into the "void" anymore. That's about as good as can be done in this particular case since the floor pieces are in precombs.
