Issue #23649: Can See Through Top of Walls In Vault 75

 
You can see through the tops of several walls (REF IDs: 001D4FD2, 000C059F, 001D4FD3) inside of Vault 75 (Cell: Vault75). Screenshots attached.

I found another set of three walls in Vault 75 (REF IDs: 000C26F3, 000C26F4, 000C26F6) where you can see through the tops of the walls. Screenshot attached.
