Issue #23725: Geneva's Chair Not Marked As Occupied Whenever She Is Sitting In It

 
You can walk up to Geneva's chair (REF ID: 00140B5F) and sit in it even if/when Geneva already happens to be sitting in it. Cell is DiamondCityEntrance, screenshot attached.
