Issue #23733: Missing Headlamp on Mining Helmet

 
Sometimes the headlamp from the Mining Helmet is missing whenever you equip it and look at yourself in 3rd person. The headlamp is there whenever you drop the helmet or find it as an object in the world, and it emits light like it normally should. Screenshot attached.
