Issue #23813: Can See Empty Cell Space Through Part of Floor in Vault 75

You can see through the floor and into empty cell space when looking at REF ID 001A8BA8 in Vault 75. Similar to issue occurring in Vault 95 in Case # 23648. Screenshot attached.

Like Issue #23648, the only possible way to fix this would be to place something to cover it up.

The empty space in the screenshot is actually part of an object. The mesh in question is Interiors/Vault/HallRes/VltHallResWallWreck01.nif. The mesh itself has floor where the game renders transparency. The material used by the floor is Interiors/Vault/VltConcrete_10.BGSM, which is set to use Interiors/Vault/VltConcrete_10_d.DDS, Interiors/Vault/VltConcrete_10_n.DDS, and Interiors/Vault/VltConcrete_10_s.DDS as textures. All of these show up properly in the creation kit and in nifskope, but do not render ingame.

Yes, unfortunately we're unable to touch objects that are used in precombined optimization meshes.

Yes. Because they do not exist in the game.

The CK displays the individual meshes that form part of the precombs (BTW, this is also the reason why the CK is so incredibly slow in areas with plenty of buildings). The game uses precombs instead to speed things up.
If things display properly in the CK but not in the game, this indicates faulty precombs.
