Issue #23845: Weird Glass Texture Bug When Speaking To Gage In Cola-Cars Arena

 
Whenever Gage speaks to the player after defeating Colter in the Cola-Cars Arena, the frosted/dirt effect on the glass partition separating the two doesn't apply to his open mouth. Screenshot attached.
