Issue #24281: "Afflicted" encounter (WEJS14) still occurs after quest - addendum

 
I hope I'm not being annoying, but I'd like to comment on your answer to Issue #23376:

Aside from the Unofficial Patch, the only mods I have ever used are SkyUI and the visual mod "Green Water Fix". I strongly suspect neither could possibly have an effect on random encounters.

As stated in the previous ticket, this issue has been fixed and you have a conflict. Please do not keep reopening duplicate tickets.
