Issue #24302: Inconsistent dialogue after visiting barber/face surgeon

 
After you done and exit the chair you have to sit to cut your hair/change your face, you'll get dialogue from the barber/doctor telling you to do the same thing again (Horatio on Vault 81 - 'You should see about getting that hair cut') Ignoring you just did exactly that.
