Issue #24368: DweRmSmColumnFixed01: Irkngthand03 TG potions fall through environment

 
In Irkngthand03, there are two DummyPotions placed to either side of a Thieves' Cache shadowmark. Using tcl, then coc Irkngthand03, I was able to determine that they're simply falling straight down from where they're currently placed.

I tried to fix the problem using various other placements, shifting the potions in all three directions, but to no avail. They fell straight downwards every single time. That may suggest that there's a problem with the surface they're placed on. I don't know enough about that sort of thing to investigate.

It looks to be a collision issue of some kind on the mesh although I'm not quite sure on the specific details. They stacked two of the same platform pieces together too, which makes it a bit more confusing as to what the actual problem is (see screenshots below). Personally, I just assume move the potions somewhere else and be done with it, but I'll leave that up to others on the project team to decide.
