Issue #24400: FreeformRiften17: Truth Ore Consequences; Hafjorg disposition

 
At quest conclusion, should set Hafjorg disposition = 1, not Filnjar. Filnjar's disposition quest is FreeformShorsStone01: Mine or Yours.

For potion makers, this is annoying. Probably not for anybody else, as she's not marriagable.

Just thought I'd mention that it is a simple change to the stage 200 script, use Hafjorg's alias instead.
