Issue #24407: In under saarthal the bars are already up preventing the acquisition of the saarthal amulet

 
In the quest Under Saarthal the bars from when you get the three rings then get trapped by the bars are already up making acquisition of the saarthal amulet impossible

Unable to reproduce this - the bars are always in the proper position no matter how many times the location is entered.
