I can confirm this, want to report it too.
If the player stands under this canopy and stands at one of those posts, looking towards street, he can just walk through them.

Need to check the collision on this one and see what's up with it. That's the only reason people should be able to pass through it.

Confirmed. And the destroyed version of the house has the same issue.
There are no triangles on the 2 faces I highlighted on the attached screenshot, meaning there are no collisions on these faces.

Navmesh also looks a bit awkward in this area.
