Issue #24467: Getting Crash To Desktop (CTD) errors randomly when picking up some legendary items.

First let me say that this is my first ever post on here so if I do something wrong, please tell me how to correct it, and I will do whatever I can to fix it, just keep in mind, you may need to explain stuff to me since I am also very new to modded FO4. With that said, here goes...

Ran into an issue with getting random CTDs when looting some legendary items. Posted on reddit about it which can be found here, and eventually, with the help of another redditor, worked my way through a vanilla test that encompassed multiple armor types and modifiers as well as multiple weapon types and modifiers. All the items tested were spawned using console commands on a pure vanilla save. The tests were then conducted with ONLY UFO4P installed on that vanilla save. The results were confusing, and while I can reproduce them at will, the other redditor could not. Still, I wanted to post this here to see what someone else may have to contribute. I am not sure what else to say other than rehashing what was already talked about and explained in the reddit post. If you need anything to help with this, please let me know.

I'll go over why this isn't an issue with the UFO4P and is instead something on your end.

1. If this were actually a problem with the patch, we'd be getting reports of it happening from numerous people.

2. Removing mods on an existing save like you've done is a bad practice and will corrupt it beyond repair.

3. Using console commands are not a valid way to test for bugs and they can cause problems such as game save corruption when they're used.
