Issue #24573: Predator's Grace stamina regen is likely wrong

 
The Predator's Grace boots use an enchantment, dunEnchDeepwoodMuffle, with Muffle 1 pt, and Regenerate Stamina 1 pt as well. I don't think them having an unnoticeable +1% bonus to stamina regen makes much sense, they likely intended to give it +100% to both muffle and stamina regen but slipped with the latter, since the former indeed is weighted as a fraction of 1.
