Issue #24727: ShamrockTaphouseExt: Nuka-Cola machine clipping into side of building

 
A Nuka-Cola machine (00055CEF) is clipping into the side of a building outside of Shamrock Taphouse.

The machine lid (00055CEE), bottles (000939BC, 000939BD, 000939BE), and a frag mine (000939BF) need to be moved with it.
