Issue #24778: Location has maxed out textures - Needs a rock to cover the area which transparency can not solve

This apparently is a cell issue and not meshes or placed reference, but one which could be solved by a placed reference in the form of a well placed rock ?

See this post on Skyland Landscape Texture Overhaul discussion https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/5050260-skyland-a-landscape-texture-overhaul/page-60#entry61747642

"To blend cells, both cells must share the same texture. Both of these cells in this area have maxed out their amount of textures they can use and the one needed to blend isn't present in one of them."

So the issue looks like its a simple texture transparency issue, but sadly is not so easily solved :

So similar to covering up placement issues, could use of an appropriate big flat rock / foliage solve the issue ?

Loaded up the area in the CK, no seam is present there with just USSEP loaded. Verified by traveling there in-game and there's no seam in the game either.

The ground texture color in the CK and game don't match what your pictures are showing either so this isn't a vanilla bug at all. As such it isn't something we'll be fixing since it's caused by a mod.
