Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #24840: Scattered Potatoes

 
Whenever I come out of a building into the market place in Whiterun, a random NPC (usually Einmar, actually) will be stuck in the potato bin of Carlotta's stall, and when he finally forces his way out, potatoes go flying all over the place and get kicked as far down the road as the city gates, all while NPCs keep yelling at each other to "be careful".

Nothing we can do about this kind of thing since that's not even a valid spot on the navmesh for NPCs to occupy. They should never be getting set there.
