Issue #25193: Solitude Texture Problem
In Solitude, at the end of the staircase leading to Addvar's House, there is an error in the ground texture, causing a roughly parallelogram shaped section of what should be grass to display a cobblestone road texture.

Tried to correct this by raising the mesh slightly but then it generates gaps between the larger Solitude terrain meshes. So the issue will need to be corrected by tweaking the house mesh to lower the part that's causing the problem.
Focusing on the staircase in the CK should make it obvious where the problem is.
