Issue #25216: Glowing mutant hounds spawn with a bright purple-pink color.

- Caused by the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch causes glowing mutant hounds to be re-textured to a bright purple-pink color.
- Mod conflict is currently unknown and seems unlikely, but still possible as I checked my mods load order multiple times.
- I have disabled mods to find out what the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch could be conflicting with, but to no avail.
- Only when I disable the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch does this bug stop occurring in my game.
- Unsuccessful in spawning a glowing hound using mods (such as Spawn NPCs (WIP) (XB1)) with this bug, they just don't have the glow effect at all upon spawning, but this may be related to the mod(s)
- Can only find "natural" spawning glowing hounds with this bug within super mutant strongholds or random encounters
