The dialogue topic is missing a proper condition check to see if you're wearing a vault suit or not.

Added a check to make sure the player is wearing an item of clothing with "VaultSuitKeyword" keyword. Only vault suits have this keyword.

Note: The fix for this in v2.0.6 didn't work correctly (see Issue #26376) and will be reverted in the next update (likely v2.0.8). This issue can't be resolved.
