Issue #25278: Vault 111 - Game thinks you have not left the vault if you return

 
Let's say you return to vault 111 to get the cryolator after you have the proper lockpicking perk or cait is your companion. The game thinks you still have not left the vault. Example - trying to sleep in a bed, the player will comment things like "don't have time for this now", talking to your spouse "I'll find who did this and I'll get shaun back" even after completing the main quest line

These are dialogue topics that would probably need condition checks to prevent this from happening. Activators are involved as well and I'm not sure how you would account for those.

The beds have a script which is supposed to kill the activation check once you've reached the surface. V111BedScript is checking for stage 200, but the Vault 111 dialogue controller only goes up to stage 110 when you emerge outside. So it should be checking for that instead.
