Issue #25284: CryoFreez Bug

Hostile NPCs who are killed by the Cryolator or any other cryo weapon (I.E, Legendary weapon effects like Freezing) respawns in the dead-like state. They just lay on the ground or stand still, not attacking, not moving, which breaks the game.

This has been discussed in other forums like Reddit, "https://www.reddit.com/r/fo4/comments/4o7dve/glitchbug_do_not_use_the_cryolator_or_other/"

"I've been noticing more and more enemies that are struck by this glitch ever since I started using the Cryolator. Basically, enemies spawn motionlessly on the ground and will not move until you kill them. Even on the Far Harbor Island I now find enemies that are struck by it as well. . . Enemies spawn motionless on the floor can still detect you, but will not fight you in any way whatsoever. They can't be looted unless you manage to sever a body part or quicksave-reload after killing it. Shooting such a corpse until it exploded has made my game crash with multiple attempts."

There was a patch, which is exclusive to PC but, it isn't on consoles like the X-BOX One.

Please respond to this as soon as you can, thank you.
