Resolution: Can't Fix - Engine Issue

Issue #25304: Tinker Tom Microscope is messed up

0018c597

Tinker Tom uses the microscope from time to time, but he also knocks it around too

as a result, the microscope can be found tossed on the ground or flipped on the table

as a result again, tinker tom uses his "microscope animation" on a unexisting object

and apparently, xedit says the patch did some edits to this object on a previous version

Yes, I removed the DefaultDisableHavokOnLoad script from the furniture marker 0018C597 because furniture markers are static objects with no havok, so the script never did anything (i.e. it wasted performance) and spilled errors instead. No havok means that the furniture marker never moves, so running a script to move it back to a position where it could never have moved away from is utter nonsense.

What you see is GVM (genuine vanilla mess)

lol

so can't be fixed I guess

Unfortunately quite correct. This cannot be fixed even though Bethesda in their infinite wisdom made a furniture object (static record type) out of a Havok enabled mesh.
