Issue #25456: Poacher's Axe has no charge for its enchantment

 
dunHaltedStreamPoachersAxe has no charge to power its enchantment, which has a charge cost of 16 by default. Admittedly the only real use for that axe is to get disenchanted ASAP to add the Huntsman's Prowess effect to the player's collection. Still, I'd suggest giving it enough charge to have a similar number of uses as the notched pickaxe, for example.
