Issue #25458: Huntsman Prowess and the like don't work as intended with Damage Resist type

This one is debatable, but worth mentioning. The Huntsman Prowess (dunHaltedStreamDamageFFContact) and Briarheart Geis (dunLostValleyDamageFFContact) magic effects have Damage Resist as their resistance type defined, but this doesn't work as I suppose it would have been intended, i.e. the enchantment being equivalent to additional physical damage and reduced by armor rating.
When used in magic effects, Damage Resist is not run through the armor rating conversion and cap formula, and instead behaves like the other resistances. So actors with 100 points or more of armor rating are immune to these effects. For Huntsman Prowess this can be clearly seen when using it against chaurus, which have a 100 points damage resistance ability. The notification that the effect was resisted will appear when hitting them with it.
Briarheart Geis only matters if using Cutting Room Floor or such, but armored Nords are even more likely to go over the 100 armor rating mark. I think it'd be better to have these effects use None as their resist type, they are supposed to be magical in nature after all.
