Comment: Still not reproducible, no matter how often it's reported.

Issue #25528: Bloodskal Blade won't shoot energy (Re-stated)

 
Bloodskal Blade won't work despite being legitimately obtained from the quest (I did not state this clearly from previous issue) and could not proceed through the quest and had to use command to get pass the door. (Power attacks used several times and still nothing.
