Issue #25728: Terminal (0009D29E) not set up correctly in Fort Hagen

A wall terminal (0009D29E) located in Fort Hagen is linked to a turret and door (and also holds a holotape), but is otherwise completely blank and does nothing in the game. It seems very unlikely that this is a deliberate design due to the fact that Bethesda went to the trouble of linking it (and adding a holotape drive).

The person who reported the issue on Nexus provided this screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/V9lJeyF

I'm going to guess it was meant to unlock the door next to it and probably control a nearby turret. Todd and friends probably just forgot to finish setting it up.

The door was linked with the wrong keyword (LinkTerminalDoor instead of LinkTerminalDoorLockUnlock).

There's nothing wrong otherwise, so I assume that the wrong door link (which is higher up in the link table than the turret link) also blocked the correctly linked turret from being controlled.
