Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch

Fralia Gray-Mane and Olfrid Battle Born and Idolaf Battle Born are all stuck in the market in Whiterun. The quest seems to trigger when exiting any shop, however there is no dialogue from any of them to start the "missing in action" quest. Re-started a new game and had same issues. Tried the option to break in and talk with Avulstein Gray-Mane and start the mission. Completed the rescue at Northwatch keep and no issues. Went back to Market place and received the reward and complete mission. However Fralia Gray-Mane and Olfrid Battle Born and Idolaf Battle Born are all still stuck in the market. They are all just stuck standing there with no dialogue from either of them. Have not played Skyrim in over a year and wanted to play again and start a new game and try Mods. Have Mods installed with start of new game. Have Skyrim patch installed at top of load order. Updated the Skyrim latest patch. Playing Xbox One-S. Have played before with no issues with this mission starting and playing thru ok. Please advise if there is any know issue to fix the quest. Thank you
