Issue #26309: Player gets stuck on terrain

 
Solstheim, coordinates 65106.30, 47833.86, 5035.58, is a spot where you can get stuck due to constantly sliding in all directions.

Any chance you can provide a FormID of something nearby so we can locate the spot you're talking about?
