Issue #26348: Getting stuck near Mortrag Peak

 
On Solstheim, between two mountain parts with the IDs xx02c4e7 and xx0145ac, there is a hole where the player can get stuck.

There were several spots where you can get stuck in that general area, so hopefully the one you're reporting is one of the ones I've fixed.
