Issue #26689: DLC01Caravan: Ambush site and actors never disable

The campsite where Ada and her caravan are ambushed at the beginning of the Automatron DLC (DLC01Caravan) never disappears even after you've completed all of the main quests. This includes Jackson and the rest of the dead NPCs as well as all objects in the camp added by the DLC. You would think that at a minimum the NPCs would be cleaned up by the game at some point, but this never happens.

The area is a "no reset zone" but that may be completely unrelated to the issue in this case.

A save is attached to this ticket if that would be helpful.

This quest never actually stops running because there (1) is dialogue on that quest that would become unavailable if it stopped, and (2) are follow-up quests that rely on it still running.

To put it short: all of the affected actors are permanently held in quest aliases.

This is actually DLC01MQ01Caravan and in the supplied save that quest is stopped because DLC01MQ02 reached the correct stage.

The 2 dead NPCs, Zoe and Shades, are pre-placed dead bodies. They're assigned to a non-resetting zone though so their corpses are not going to decay out. They're not held in aliases either so there's basically nothing to do here as it's intentional for all these corpses to be here.
