Issue #26693: Several boss NPCs in Fort Hagen Satellite Array never get removed after completing DLC01MQ04

 
After revisiting Fort Hagen Satellite Array (and Fort Hagen Hangar) I discovered that several of the original bosses don't ever get removed from the game. This includes Ahab, Assaultron Gorgon, and Ivey (it's possible there are one or two others that I'm forgetting). Otherwise, the rest of the robots and Rust Devils seem to respawn after some period of time along with most or all of the loot and containers, which actually seems a bit odd given that this is a very specific quest location.

The "sv" console command indicates that they're being held in the following alias:
Alias DLC01MQ04SentryBotBoss on Quest DLC01FortHagenSatelliteArrayQuest (0100A162)

All indications are this should be safe to shut down when DLC01MQ04 is completes so I've added a stop command for DLC01FortHagenSatelliteArrayQuest there. Shutting it down will free all the aliases and let the corpses be culled when the game sees fit.
