Issue #26731: Gap in water northwest of Hyde Park

 
There is a gap or tear in the water just to the northwest of Hyde Park. {screenshot}

The FormID is 001E81D0. This is almost certainly an issue with a water plane.

The water plane simply needed to be raised by 2 Z units to match the water height in the neighboring cell, which closes the gap.
