Issue #26732: Several mole rats don't clean up when Vault 88 becomes a settlement

Several mole rats in Vault 88 don't seem to ever get cleaned up. It seems like they should get removed when the vault becomes a settlement. The CK claims that they are placed dead, but I can't recall for sure if they were among the creatures I killed in there originally or not.

I cannot conceive the cleanup in the same way as our settlement cleanup quests because i need an event to react to and a parameter that tells me that the player has witnessed the scene. Our settlement cleanup quests start when the player activates the workbench (i.e. from an OnActivate() event) which the player can't do until he owns the workshop, and this in turn requires that all enemies are defeated. Not possible here because you already have access to the workbench before you enter the main cavern (you have to go into workshop mode to remove the debris blocking the entrance tunnel). Likewise, access to the outlying sectors' workbenches does also not guarantee that you have been to any place in the tunnels.

I found an easy workaround however.
