Issue #26774: Mel constantly walking away during second encounter
After completing the Big Dig and everyone survived, I met Mel again as a random encounter in the wasteland.
When I tried talking to him, he responded, but kept walking too. So I couldn't finish any sort of dialogue he had without him walking too far away from the conversation. |
It appears as though modifying the REPatrol package which is shared by several encounter NPCs should resolve this. Adding a condition check to make sure they're not in dialogue should stop them from wandering off.
