Issue #26785: A femaleGunner in Hallucigen is bugged

 
So when I passed the entrance area, I got called out by a non-hostile female Gunner locked in a room. I tried to talk to her but she couldn't move to the window so nothing happened. Moreover, during the conservation with her (using tcl), I couldn't finish the conversation whichever dialogue I choose.

Her not moving to range to be spoken to isn't necessarily a bug, and it's certainly not an indicator of anything that you can't complete a conversation by using console commands to violate the game's imposed restrictions.
