Issue #26788: You never get the option to confront dima about the wind turbine killswitch

 
When getting to the point in the far harbor main quest where you discover all of dimas secrets and then collect everything In all 3 playthroughs I have done the choice to confront Dima about the wind turbine killswitch for the "Cleansing the land" quest is never given in his dialogue it only lets me confront him about the nuclear launch key and Avery's body.
