Issue #26795: Theodore Collins and cannery robots remain after DN079 is completed

Theodore Collins (0003D84A) and three Cannery Robots (0009662A, 0009662D, 00096633) are never removed from the game after they are killed and the associated quest Mystery Meat (DN079) is completed.

The console indicates that Theodore is an alias:
--- Papyrus - Alias Salesman on Quest DN079 (0002633E)

It indicates that the three Mr. Handy robots are held in an alias as well:
--- Papyrus -- Alias CanneryRobots on Quest DN079 (0002633E)

This means that DN079 never actually stops running.

I can only guess about the reason, but it is possible that part of Rylee's dialogue is on that quest.

Nonetheless, the cleanup problem can be addressed quite easily by clearing the affected aliases in one of the fragments that run when the player apparently completes the quest.

Since this quest apparently can't be shut down entirely when finished, the best solution here is to set Theo's alias to optional (not an issue, it's start-game-enabled and he'll always fill it) and then use stage 950 to clear his alias and the collections for the robots and the turrets.

They can't be cleared if you negotiate a deal with him though since the aliases are the only thing putting those robots and turrets into a faction that would be friendly to the player.
