Issue #26813: DiMA's corpse may not get removed from the game

DiMA's corpse doesn't ever get removed from my game, likely because the game holds him in aliases. In my case, he was executed by residents when he turns himself in at Far Harbor. Something strange I noticed with this was that he wasn't in any aliases after his death, but after I let the cells reset (after like 30 days or something), the console showed him in aliases.

Here is what my console output shows:
--- Papyrus - Alias DiMA on Quest DLC03DialogueDiMA (03020BF1)
--- Papyrus - Alias DiMA on Quest DLC03AcadiaDialogue (030052B7)

There's a bunch of other stuff that the console spits out, but these are the only two aliases that I can see. It's entirely possible this can't be solved, but I thought I'd have someone take a look just in case. Like I mentioned above, it's very odd that he gets stuck back into aliases after things reset, but maybe that's not something that can be prevented.

Both of those quests are start-game-enabled because they're generic dialogue providers. Neither of them ever get shut down, nor should they. So this isn't something that can or should be fixed because it may have other unforeseen effects on things.

There's no way I can see that these quests would ever release their aliases either so I've got no idea why that part happened.
