Issue #26833: DN054PowerArmorPaintJobPurchaseItem Re-Sellable

DN054PowerArmorPaintJobPurchaseItem ("Atom Cats Custom Paint Job";) is a note that is purchased to unlock the Atom Cats power armor paint job. The note says you should not lose it and the attached script DN054PaintJobCertificateScript appears to attempt to Delete the note once the player receives it and gets the unlock message. However, the script fails to actually delete the note and so the player can re-sell it (negating the price paid for it - I'd consider that an "exploit";) without losing access to the paint jobs. From the script, I think the developer intent was to have the note simply vanish once obtained to unlock the paint jobs permanently.

Possible solutions might be simply fixing the script to correctly remove the item from the player's inventory instead of Delete()-ing it, preventing re-sale/discarding of the item as if a quest item, or checking whether the player has the note in their inventory on the paint job COBJs rather than checking for the global variable that is set. I think that last suggestion is probably straying too far from the vanilla game, but the UFO4P could probably apply either of those first two suggestions - the first I think clearly being Bethesda's intention.

Seems pretty clear this was supposed to be removing it from your inventory so fixing the script to do that is the most straightforward solution.
