Issue #27177: Issues with the male Tavern clothes mesh

Please see the included images for further clarification.

"1. Wearing the (male) Tavern Clothes in addition to various gauntlets (such as Bonemold or Iron) causes a noticeable gap between the two." Image 1.
"2. When wearing the (male) Tavern Clothes and jumping, the mesh stretches towards the left armpit and causes a gap." Image 2.

Both male and female meshes had massive problems with bone weights, clipping, etc.
