Issue #27178: Placement of clutter within the Bannered Mare may lead to the player becoming unable to move

Please see the included image for further clarification -- the location is just under the stairs leading to the bed the player is able to rent.

"3. In The Bannered Mare in Whiterun, it is possible to get stuck between this pile of clutter, and no amount of jumping or moving about can free you."

To me this raises some serious questions about why you're even trying to go jumping around in a situation you know is going to cause this to happen.
