Issue #27184: Certain walls in Windhelm bleed when struck

The mesh in architecture/windhelm/whprison01.nif has incorrect materials assigned, resulting in odd behavior. One section of stonework has the SKY_HAV_MAT_ORGANIC material instead of the SKY_HAVE_MAT_STONE used elsewhere, causing it to spray blood when struck with weapons and allowing arrows to stick into it. Additionally, the metal elements in the mesh (window frames, rusty iron rings) are assigned the SKY_HAV_MAT_SNOW material, which also seems to be in error.

Sigh... Not surprised. It's Windhell after all

In Windhelm of all places... it's not a bug, it's a feature!

I fixed it in my extract archive and never posted the fixed mesh. This was done on July 21.
